Founded in 1999, Reliance Distribution was established following firsthand experience in the Saudi retail market. While managing a chain of supermarkets across the Kingdom, founder Badr Bahlas identified a growing gap in the FMCG sector and the need for a reliable import and distribution partner.

The company began operations with a single monthly shipment imported from the United States. Today, Reliance Distribution manages 15+ shipments per month sourced from six global regions, reflecting steady, disciplined growth driven by market knowledge and operational reliability.
